We may share provider and user information with property owners, homeowners' associations, building operators, or property management companies to facilitate services, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance security.

4.2.4 Business Travel Partners

For bookings designated as business travel made by users affiliated with an enrolled enterprise, we may share booking information with the enterprise and its authorized service providers.

4.2.5 Service Providers

We share information with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers who help us operate our business, including those that assist with identity verification, database management, fraud prevention, security, product development, customer service, advertising, payments, insurance claims processing, and communications analysis.

4.3 Why We Share Your Information

4.3.1 Public Profile Information

Certain information is publicly visible on our platform, including:

  • Profile and account information as specified in your settings

  • Listing details such as approximate location, availability, and photos

If you change your country (or state, for U.S. users) of residence, the Controller and/or Payments Controller will be determined by your new location from the date of the change.

When your personal information needs to be transferred between controllers due to your location change, the new Controller will continue to process your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
